Daniel "Dan" Hatley opened the Law Office of Daniel A. Hatley in April of 2009 and has been helping drivers navigate the tangled web of traffic law ever since. Mr. Hatley is an experienced negotiator and advocate, whether working in the Courts or behind the scenes in one of his many non-profit endeavors. As a member of the Millennial Generation, Dan understood intuitively the advantages that technology could bring to the provision of legal services. As a native of the State of North Carolina, he also understood that people highly value honest and diligent service. This law office is a marriage of those two ideas - efficiency and quality. Outside of the office, Mr. Hatley serves on the Board of Directors at Extraordinary Ventures, Inc. and on the Human Rights Committee of the Autism Society of North Carolina. About iTicket.law Admin Staff

About Tom Kuell, Business Director

As a graduate of UNC’s Kenan-Flagler Business School, Tom loves making things work and getting things done. After studying the best practices of the world’s top companies, he’s convinced that there’s one thread that connects them all: an obsession with customer service. He believes, like all of us at Hatley Law Office, that our clients are the important. Most people have a terrible experience with attorneys, and he wants to revolutionize that. And with 600+ five-star reviews, he seems to be right. Tom is a serial entrepreneur. He’s had a myriad of experiences before joining the team. He managed a restaurant, has his real estate license, lived in China for a year, started successful businesses to employ adults with developmental disabilities in Chapel Hill and a custom menswear company in China. He believes that there is so much change we can affect in our community and the only thing he loves making more than businesses is a difference. Tom loves football, pretending to eat healthy, going to the movies, playing any kind of sport, and celebrating life’s little wins. At night, when he’s not managing the law firm, he doubles as a superhero fighting crime. He is married to his lovely wife, Lauren, and they are expecting their second baby girl in October.

About Josh Russell, Office Manager

Jack of all trades, master of none, certainly better than a master of one. Josh is a lifelong learner, a lover of podcasts, and a devout writer. He believes in the philosophy “work hard, play harder.” Born in south Florida, Josh moved to North Carolina at the young age of four, and has been here ever since. When he’s not helping customer’s at Hatley Law Office, you can find him experimenting in the kitchen or doodling in one of his sketchbooks. Josh’s resume is as eclectic as his music taste; he’s worked in retail, restaurants, thrift stores, and startups. His bloodtype is black coffee.
