A reduction in the speeding to 9mph over comes with Court Costs and Fines of $188. A Prayer for Judgment Continued reduction comes with court Costs and Fines of $190. A reduction in the speeding to 14mph over comes with Court Costs and Fines of $210-$250. A plea to a Careless and Reckless driving charge comes with Court Costs and Fines of $190. A Voluntary Dismissal results in zero Court Costs and Fines.

You will usually have 40 days after your court date to pay your court costs to the Cumberland County Clerk of Court.
